WALDBÜHNE 2011- The Berlin Philharmonic's summer concert at the magnificent outdoor venue of Waldbühne, in the woods outside Berlin, is a major annual event among Germany's music lovers. Each year the amazing Waldbühne outdoor amphitheatre plays host to the Philharmonic's summer concerts. One of the most popular classical music concerts in the world, this year's performance is conducted by Riccardo Chailly and features the music of Ottorino Respighi, Nino Rota ("La Strada" suite) and Dmitri Shostakovich (Suite No. 2 for Jazz Orchestra)
